To view the information Recorded Books, Inc. and our partners maintain about you or to have your information "forgotten" at Recorded Books, Inc. or at any of our partners, here are some things you must know.
Recorded Books, Inc. partners with many companies to bring our libraries and their patrons a diverse, evolving array of media choices. How you access the services of Recorded Books, Inc. and of our many partners depends on which services your library purchased for its patrons' use and on how you setup your account(s).
For Patrons with RBdigital Accounts:
Access your account profile by visiting RBdigital.com, logging in, and selecting "My Account" and then "Profiles" from the menu. Near the bottom of the page, you may "Export Profile" or learn more about "Forget ME". If you elect to be forgotten from RBdigital, the process will also Forget You from all Partner Services where you created an account. After you contact your librarian to begin the process, no further action is needed on your part.
For Patrons with Partner Accounts but Lacking an RBdigital Account:
If you don't have an RBdigital account but instead you access Partner services by logging in directly to each service, you will need to contact each Partner Service at which you created an account and ask to view your data or be forgotten.
Contact your librarian if you need assistance.

One account, access to all
This service is closing: we are moving to a new Zinio emagazines site that will combine the holdings of the three boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster which will enable us to subscribe to a wider choice of titles as we can reduce duplication. You will need to register again on the new site but you can use the same email and password you use on your old account. Go to “Create New Account” in the top right corner of the page below to register: https://www.rbdigital.com/londontriborough/ One you have done this, if you already have the Zinio for Libraries app on your device, you will simply need to sign out then sign back in again with your new account and if asked, choose “Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington, Chelsea, Westminster” from the library drop down list. Please complete this registration by 31st March.
