Recorded Books, Inc. partners with many companies to bring our libraries and their patrons a diverse, evolving array of media choices. How you access the services of Recorded Books, Inc. and of our many partners depends on which services your library purchased for its patrons' use and on how you setup your account(s).
Access your account profile by visiting RBdigital.com, logging in, and selecting "My Account" and then "Profiles" from the menu. Near the bottom of the page, you may "Export Profile" or learn more about "Forget ME". After you contact your librarian to begin the process, no further action is needed on your part.
If you don't have an RBdigital account but instead you access Partner services by logging in directly to each service, you will need to contact each Partner Service at which you created an account and ask to view your data or be forgotten.
Contact your librarian if you need assistance.
