Recorded Books, Inc. partners with many companies to bring our libraries and their patrons a diverse, evolving array of media choices. How you access the services of Recorded Books, Inc. and of our many partners depends on which services your library purchased for its patrons' use and on how you setup your account(s).
Access your account profile by visiting RBdigital.com, logging in, and selecting "My Account" and then "Profiles" from the menu. Near the bottom of the page, you may "Export Profile" or learn more about "Forget ME". If you elect to be forgotten from RBdigital, the process will also Forget You from all Partner Services where you created an account. After you contact your librarian to begin the process, no further action is needed on your part.
If you don't have an RBdigital account but instead you access Partner services by logging in directly to each service, you will need to contact each Partner Service at which you created an account and ask to view your data or be forgotten.

After you set up an account, download the app from your app store and start watching concerts and music documentaries anywhere, anytime.
Where is Qello Concerts by Stingray available?
All iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Apple TV), all Android devices (mobile phones, tablets, and Google TV), Sony TV, Playstation*, Windows 7 & 8 mobile devices, Amazon (Fire TV, Kindle Fire TV), Roku, and computers at qello.com.

Help, I forgot my username or password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your username and password, click on the "Forgot your password" link below the Log In button. If you have further issues, please contact the help desk at helpdesk@qello.com .
What's the difference between a regular account and an All-Access Pass?
An All-Access Pass is a subscription to the actual Qello service, unlocking all content across all devices. A regular account is a user-created account that has no paid or active mechanism attached (i.e., a regular account holder will not have access to any of the premium content or features).
All library patron access includes the All-Access Pass.
How do I link through Facebook? How do I keep Qello private from Facebook?
When you sign in, simply click "Sign in with Facebook" and make the experience social. This allows you to easily share your Qello concert experiences with friends and fellow music lovers.
If you don't want to share your Qello experience with your social network, no problem, just sign in to your account with your username and password and don’t click "Sign in with Facebook."
How do I cancel my All-Access Pass?
Of course we want you to stay and enjoy the Qello Concerts by Stingray experience. But if you must go, we make it simple. Your access to Qello Concerts by Stingray includes a 30-day activation period to all content on all supported devices. You'll be notified when you need to return to your library's Qello Concerts by Stingray portal to activate another 30-day period (if available). If you do nothing, your activation period will simply expire.
How can I change my Account information?
You can change your account information here: www.qello.com/account .
Your library account is managed through your library's Qello Concerts by Stingray site, so make sure you change any information in both locations to keep your account synched.
How can I edit/remove my payment information?
Library patron accounts do not require payment information. If you do choose to add information for personal gift purchases for your friends who don't have Qello Concerts by Stingray through their library, you can manage your payment information here: www.qello.com/account .
My iOS auto-renewal was turned off. What do I do?
Auto-renewal is not a function of the library version of Qello Concerts by Stingray. Library patrons with active accounts in certain regions might see that your All-Access Pass subscription has been turned off.
Can I give Qello Concerts by Stingray as a gift?
Yes! We can't think of a better gift for any music lover. It's like the never-ending concert ticket. To send someone an All-Access Pass, go to http://qello.com/gift
